(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The application is filed on 16th May 2012 annexing certificate dated 15th May 2012 issued by Dr.Babu U. Sadadiwala, M.S. (Gen. Surg.). The certificate reads as under:
"This is to certify that Mrs.Trigunaben Hasmukhbhai Chhowala aged 50 yrs is having sub acute appendicitis with U.T.I.
She is advised for appendicectomy op under spinal anesthesia on 21.5.12 at this hospital.
So she will be required one attendant for 30 days (for her post op care, visits, follow up, dressing, etc.) after surgery."
2. As this certificate has lived its life, the application is rejected. At the request of the learned advocate for the applicant it is clarified that in the event the cause still survives a fresh application can be made by supporting the same with necessary medical papers.
