Request is being made by the learned advocate Shri Jitendra N. Patel that the heirs of the respondent no. 8 are already on the record of this writ petition as respondent nos. 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and no more heirs are now required to be added and the request made by him for impleading the heirs of respondent no. 2 may not be considered. He also seeks to file an affidavit for deleting the respondent no. 2 who, according to the learned advocate, has died prior to filing of the suit. For said purpose, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time for 2 weeks. Request is granted. Matter is adjourned to 9th July 2012.
