Heard Sri Navneet Lal Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.2-Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Nautanwa, District Maharajganj to conclude the Case No.2101 of 2017, Computer Case No.T2017054752032101, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending in the court of learned Tehsildar, Nautanwa, District Maharajganj.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and other villagers have filed an application for eviction of respondent no.3 over the Gata No.88 Mi, area 0.3930 hectare in Village Bagaha, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj as he is the unauthorized occupant of the said land, which is registered as Case No.2101 of 2017, Computer Case No.T2017054752032101, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The said case has not yet been decided till date.
It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the general dates are fixed in the matter.
Under these circumstances, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2-Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Nautanwa, District Maharajganj to look into the matter and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of computerized copy of this order.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order. today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
