The petitioner is aggrieved by the non issuance of granted regular permit.
2. Admittedly, the grant was made on 22.01.2014 as evidenced by Ext.P1. The petitioner has also been continuing in the said route on the basis of temporary permits issued in the vacant timings of another stage carriage. The petitioner's grievance is with respect to non settlement of timings which has delayed the issuance of granted permit. In such circumstances, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to settle the timings at any rate within three months from today, after hearing the affected parties, failing which the regular granted permit shall be issued on the proposed set of timings, subject, however, to finalisation of settlement of timings.
This Writ Petition is disposed of.
