Heard counsel for the parties.
Counsel for the parties agree that the compromise has taken place in between the parties. This Court vide its order dated 20.1.2021 had directed the parties to appear before the Court concerned for verification of the compromise. The supplementary affidavit filed today places on record the order passed by the Court verifying the compromise.
In view of the fact that the compromise has been verified, the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1787 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 80 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 427, 504 IPC, P.S. Gajraula, District J.P. Nagar (Amroha), State Vs. Hashan Raza and others pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, J.P. Nagar (Amroha) and charge-sheet no. 224 of 2014, dated 25.5.2014, are quashed.
The application is disposed off.
