The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly and Station House Officer, P.S. Hafijganj, Distt. Bareilly, respondents- 2 and 3 to ensure the fair investigation in Case Crime No. 451 of 2018, under Section 323, 324, 325, 504 IPC, P.S. Hafijganj, Distt. Bareilly and submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr P C.
It is alleged that the present FIR has been lodged in counter blast as the petitioner had lodged FIR of Case Crime No. 400 of 2018.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that Senior Superintendent of Police shall ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No. 451 of 2018, under Section 323, 324, 325, 504 IPC, P.S. Hafijganj, Distt. Bareilly.
