The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 8.1.2021 passed in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.17688 of 2020 (Haseen Ahmad Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).
Today when the matter was taken up, instructions received from the office of opposite party was placed by Sri K. R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of opposite party, same is taken on record. On the basis of instructions, it was informed by him that final report was submitted on 4.1.2021 in the court of C.J.M. concerned. Hence no further order is required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
