Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
Claim is that in this case the applicant himself sustained 80% burn injuries while rescuing his wife after breaking open the door of the room. This claim has been persistently denied by the learned A.G.A. on ground that it may be correct that the applicant sustained some sort of injury on his person but it is not correct that he was rescuing and he remained admitted in the hospital for a long period, whereas the fact is that after a day he was discharge from the hospital.
Learned A.G.A. is to specify with preciseness the claim as made under paragraph nos.7 and 20 of the bail application.
