As per the order passed earlier dated 18.5.2012 (Coram: Ravi R. Tripathi, J.), the learned APP has placed on record the communication which has been received from the I.G. Prisons dated 18.5.2012 intimating about transfer of the two personnel. Learned APP Mr. Jani has stated that the inquiry has been handed over to DIG Shri Amitkumar Viswakarma who is on leave and therefore some time may be granted for submitting the report. Therefore, the matter is adjourned to 16.7.2012. The party-in-person Hasanbhai Luhar-convict is ordered to be kept present before this court on 16.7.2012 at 2.30 p.m. The jail authority shall make necessary arrangement.
