The applicant/prisoner through his complaint has made allegations against the persons as could be seen from his subsequent letter dated 23rd June, 2012. The convict has reposed faith in Jail Superintendent. The Court is of the view that the affidavit filed by D.J.Vankar, Jailor Group:I, Ahmedabad is also taken on record. But, let there be an independent examination of this complaint by Jail Superintendent, who shall conduct impartial inquiry into the complaints and file his affidavit qua this complaint by 3rd August, 2012. S.O. to 3rd August, 2012. The copy of this order be made available to the learned APP for its onwards communication and compliance.
