In this application, the grievance is raised about the ill treatment meted out to the applicant by the jail authority, but in a petition filed by his mother being Special Criminal Application NO. 1533/2012 raising similar grievance, on 18/05/2012 the co-ordinate bench had given certain direction to jail authority to consider the grievance raised by him and accordingly, the Additional Director General of Police, in charge of Inspector General (Jail), has passed an order on 18.05.2012 transferring the erring jail employee and accordingly no further direction is necessary in this application, and it is disposed of accordingly.
