The instant application is forwarded by the applicant-convict through jail seeking direction that the paper book shall be prepared by the Registry or the concerned Court at the earliest so that his appeal can be heard and decided at the earliest. Mr. J.M.Panchal, learned Spl. PP appears and states that a Division Bench of this Court on dated 18.06.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 5810 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No. 628 of 2011 issued appropriate direction to the Registry in connection with preparation of paper book and it is, therefore, submitted that the instant application does not survive. The order referred to by Mr. J.M.Panchal, learned Spl. PP, for the respondent-stated shall be retained on record. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
