The respondent no. 1 Smt. Triveni Devi died on 19.1.2000 leaving behind her legal heirs, namely, Sri Mohan (son) Smt. Meena, Smt. Krishna Devi and Kumari Kamla as daughters.
Sri Anupam Kulshrestha, Advocate appears on behalf of Kumari Kamla. As per office report, the other heirs are also served. However, they have not put their representation till date. Sri Anupam Kulshrestha, Advocate states that he has no objection to the substitution of the legal heirs mentioned in the application.
In view of the above, the application is allowed. In front of the name of Smt. Triveni Devi, the word dead be mentioned and her legal heirs mentioned above be impleaded as respondent nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4. The substitution be carried on within two weeks.
