The petitioner, who is appellant in Misc. Civil Appeal No.22 of 2017, has approached this Court for a direction to the appellate court to decide the appeal expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the appellate court is fixing dates for final hearing of the appeal.
The instant petition is disposed of by providing that the appellate court should make endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
