(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) ORDER BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES
1. The respondent-Municipality has filed this Note for Speaking to Minutes pointing out that there is an obvious error in the order passed by us dated 23.03.2012 wherein, reference is made to 'place near the Collector's office' instead of 'Bahumali Building or Kherali-Ratanpur area.'
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We find that in communication dated 19.07.2005, there is no mention about the place near the Collector's Office. We, therefore, order that wherever the reference is made in order dated 23.03.2012 'to place near the Collector's Office', that shall be read as 'place near Bahumali Building.'
3. Accordingly, the Note for Speaking to Minutes is allowed. Necessary corrections in the order shall be made.
