It appears that as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is elevated to the Bench of this Court, Registry was directed to issue fresh notice upon the petitioner vide order dated 01/03/2011 making it returnable on 28/03/2011 informing the petitioner that his advocate is elevated to the Bench of this Court, and, therefore, he is required to make alternative arrangement. Despite the notice being served upon the petitioner, neither the petitioner has appeared nor he has engaged any other lawyer and/or no other alternative arrangement has been made. After fresh notice was served upon the petitioner, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 01/03/2011, thereafter the matter has been adjourned twice, however, still nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim-relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
