(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Another Letters Patent Appeal No.389 of 2011 is stated to have been wrongly tagged on account of some error in other orders. It is found that Letters Patent Appeal No.389 of 2011 is already disposed, and hence required to be treated as such. Learned counsel Ms. Renuka Singh submitted that present Letters Patent Appeal No.2133 of 2009 is required to be listed with Letters Patent Appeal No.839 of 2011. Accordingly, both the aforesaid appeals may be listed for hearing on 22.03.2012 as suggested by Ms. Singh.
