Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide his appeal under R.T.I. Act, 2005 filed by petitioner, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The Central Information Commission, New Delhi, vide communication dated 2 April 2019, directed the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Information Commission, Lucknow, to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner against the Senior Jail Superintendent, District Bareilly.
Petitioner, primarily, seeks execution of the order passed by the Central Information Commission, New Delhi.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the Commission in accordance with law.
