Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A and perused the record.
The instant application is being moved by the applicants namely, Harun, Tahir and Shamshad who have every reason to believe that they may be arrested on the accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence in connection with Case Crime no.07 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Dhaulana, District-Panchsheel Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the present matter.
The matter relates to year 2014 and the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicants, as such, the present anticipatory bail application looses its significance and stands DISMISSED as such.
