Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Gauri Shankar, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 4.1.2019 lodged by respondent no.3 at Police Station Delhi Gate District Meerut under Section 135 Electricity Act (Amendment) Act, 2003 bearing Case Crime No.0004 of 2019.
The only contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be given permission and liberty to file his objection before the authority concerned.
In view of the aforesaid, liberty is given to the petitioner to file his objection before the authority concerned within a period of three weeks from today annexing therewith a copy of this order, which shall be heard and decided by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter. Till the disposal of the said objection, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
The order has been passed with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
