JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-State drew my attention to the jail remark-sheet and submitted that the application of the applicant-convict seeking parole leave dated 3.5.2012 is pending for decision before learned District Magistrate, Rajkot.
In above view of the matter, the instant application stands disposed of with the direction to the concerned jail authority to decide the said application of the applicant-convict, at the earliest, in accordance with law.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
