This petition for writ is preferred to question correctness of the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Mathura-Vrindavan, Mathura cancelling no objection dated 13.02.2010 and also admitting the land in question measuring 2124 sq. yard as the part of girls school as per the document aforesaid the land was acquired in accordance with law and as such the no objection earlier granted in favour of the petitioner was withdrawn.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the land as a matter of fact belongs to the petitioner and, therefore, the fees of no objection be apparently paid.
We are of considered opinion that issue with regard to title over the land be considered by a civil court and not by us while exercising powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition, hence is dismissed.
The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum including the remedy before the civil court.
