Heard learned advocate Mr.C.S.Mohanan for the petitioner -husband. It appears from the record that the order granting interim maintenance u/s. 24 and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act was passed on 18th April, 2011 and composite interim maintenance has been granted by the very Court on 27th May, 2011 against the present petitioner which both came to be challenged jointly, preferring Special Criminal Application No. 1796 of 201 and this Court had stayed the order of 18th April, 2011 passed in H.M.P.No. 660/2008 by its order dated 10th November, 2011 (Coram:Mr.Rajesh H.Shukla,J) . It is submitted that the operation of such stay continues till 28th March, 2012.
Issue notice to the other-side returnable on 11th April, 2011. Ad-interim relief granted earlier in terms of stay of order dated 18th April, 2011 to continue till then.
Direct service is permitted.
