Learned advocate for the petitioner placed on record the the amended Rule 9(1)(a) of the Gujarat Non-Secretariat Clerks and Clerks-cum-Typist(Training and Examination) Rules, which is taken on record, and submitted that in view of amendment in the said Rule, the present petition does not survive and the same may be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above, the present petition does not survive and the same stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
