JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr.Hemesh Naidu, learned counsel, who is one amongst the panel of advocates appearing for the respondent-Corporation, at the request of the Court, accepts advance copy of the application, appears and waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-Corporation.
2. The present application is filed for restoration of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18104 of 2011, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution because of non-removal of office objections vide order dated 15.12.2011 passed by this Court (Coram: Anant S. Dave, J.).
3. Considering the averments made in the application and on assurance being given by Mr.S.G. Barot, learned counsel for the applicant-original petitioner that the office objections shall be removed latest by 03.03.2012, the application deserves to be accepted.
4. Hence, the application is allowed. The main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18104 of 2011 is restored to its original file. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
5. The applicant is directed to remove office objections on or before 03.03.2012.
