JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has invited this Court s attention to page no.32, which is representation dated 29.02.2012 to the authority, which has remained undecided and no reply is received. Learned advocate for the petitioner has contended that after the acquittal of the petitioner there ought to have been appropriate orders in respect of the prayers made in the representation.
2. Learned AGP, on advance copy, submitted that let there be a direction for deciding the same under stipulated time.
3. The Court is of the considered view that respondent no.2 shall decide the representation dated 29.02.2012 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner be heard before the same is decided. The Court has not opined on the merits of the matter, at this stage. It goes without saying that if any adverse order is passed, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court. In view of this direction, petition is disposed of. No costs.
