Mr.A.S.Vakil, learned advocate states that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.4 and prays for time in order to file the Vakalatnama and affidavit-in-reply in the Registry, during the course of the day.
Respondent No.7, Ajaykumar Maneklal Reshamwala, is present in person and states that Mr.Shital R. Patel, learned advocate has been given instructions to appear on behalf of respondents Nos.5 to 10 and he shall be filing the Vakalatnama and/or affidavit-in-reply in the Registry, shortly.
The Registry is directed to keep the record of Special Civil Application No.714/1971 and Special Civil Application No.1430/1971, including the record of applications for certified copies that may have been applied for by the parties in the safe custody of the Judicial Registrar. The interim direction granted earlier, shall continue till the final decision of the application.
