Heard learned advocate Ms. Vinita Vinayak for learned advocate Mr. Rao for the appellant requests to delete opponent Nos.3 and 4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Opponent Nos.3 and 4 be deleted from the cause title. Appellant to carry out amendment forthwith.

Learned advocate submits that similar appeal is admitted by this Court. She has also annexed copy of the order with the main appeal.

In view of above, leave to appeal is granted. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
