The respective counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submits that, in view of the common judgment of this Court dated 11.9.2013 in W.P.(C) Nos.22713 & 22778 of 2013, this Writ Petition may be disposed of modifying the impugned order limiting the damages to be imposed on the petitioner to 25% of the maximum amount determined by the competent authority. In view of the above, the impugned orders - Exts.P3 and P5 are modified to the extent of reducing the damages to 25% of the contribution amount determined by the competent authority. Revised demands on the above basis shall be issued to the petitioner by the respondents.
