This petition for writ is before us to have a direction for respondents to construct a road from Village- Patwai to Surajpur and also to construct a bridge over Kosi Ganga.
From perusal of the documents annexed with the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is also agitating his cause before executive authorities and a representation was given on 21st September, 2020.
Having considered the nature of the relief claimed, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by keeping the petitioner at liberty to pursue his cause before the concerned authorities of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and, if any, representation be filed by the petitioner, same shall be considered by the authorities concerned in accordance with the law and shall be disposed of expeditiously.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
