Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant-Harpal Singh in Case Crime No. 0012 of 2021, under sections 379, 411 I.P.C. & Section 26, 41, 42, 52, 65 of Indian Forest Act, P.S.- Milak Khanam, District - Rampur.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submit that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and he simply requests that a direction may be issued to the court below to consider the regular bail application when given on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be rejected.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives regular bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
