Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
Applicants- Haroon Ahmad, Mohsin alias Happy, Afsar, Shanu, Sajid, Mohd. Saif, Arif, Asif, Jaris Mohsind seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 214 of 2021, under Section 188, 269, 270, 388, 504, 506 IPC and section 3(1) of Disaster Management (Amendment) Act 2020 and section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. 1932, P.S. Kotwali Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
