Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel representing the District Basic Education Officer states that the order of suspension impugned in the writ petition has been withdrawn and the petitioners have been reinstated.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
