1. Admittedly, by an earlier order of this Court dated 10.09.2018 passed in Arbitration Application No. 82 of 2018, an arbitrator had been appointed by this Court who has since recused.
2. While no second application may be maintainable in such circumstances, it is open to the applicant to file proper application in Arbitration Application No. 82 of 2018.
3. The present application is accordingly dismissed.
