1. Mr. Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already made representation before the respondent authority. Mr. Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioner also submitted that since the petitioner has already made representation, he has instructed him (i.e. learned advocate) to withdraw the petition. He, therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
