JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
The present Special Criminal Application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as well as under the Prevention of Corruption Act for the prayer as stated in the Application.
After arguing for some time, learned Advocate Mr. Dharmendra Parikh for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Criminal Application.
Permission as prayed for is granted. The present Special Criminal Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
