Learned APP, Mr.Pandya waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his sister's daughter scheduled on 4th May, 2012.
Form jail remarks, we find that the applicant was on furlough leave in March, 2012 itself.
We also find that the ground is not such where the presence of the applicant can be said to be indispensable.
Considering the totality of the facts, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Application is rejected. Rule discharged.
