Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the sole petitioner has died on 18.8.2021. He accordingly prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty reserved in favour of the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file a fresh petition.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents and Ms. Anjali Upadhyaya, appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2, have no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
