Mr.Gaurav K. Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioners states, upon instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the petitions. The Registry has put-up a Note dated 24.04.2012 enclosing the letter dated 23.04.2012 and a copy of the letter dated 02.04.2012 from Shri Harkantrai Dinkarrai Desai to the learned advocate for the petitioners, stating that the petitioner wants to withdraw both the petitions.
In view of the above, permission to withdraw the petitions, is granted.
The petitions are disposed of, as withdrawn.
Rule is discharged, in each petition. There shall be no orders as to costs.
