Harjindarsingh vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his mother praying for temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to make available required medical treatment to the convict's wife.

Learned APP Mr.Pujari points out that the Criminal Appeal is yet not admitted. In view of that the present application cannot be entertained. The party in person, who is present before the Court is conveyed that if she so deems fit she may apply to the Police authorities for parole. The application is rejected.
