JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the petitioner under sec.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing and setting aside the FIR being C.R. No. I-19/2012 registered with Damnagar Police Station.
Learned advocate Mr. Pancholi has stated that it was a question of identity and therefore the petition was filed. However, he seeks permission to withdraw the application without prejudice to the rights and contentions.
The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
