Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.2 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the police station as "Uruwa Bazar" in the prayer clause.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 9.2.2021 by which bail has been granted to the applicant.
Learned counsel applicant submits that due to inadvertence police station "Uruwa Bazar" has wrongly been transcribed as "Bathua Bujurg" in the 4th line of paragraph 2.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The order dated 9.2.2021 is corrected and police station "Bathua Bujurg" is deleted and replaced by "Uruwa Bazar" in the 4th line of paragraph 2.
This order in the correction application shall form part of the order dated 9.2.2021.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
