Harivadan vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after taking into consideration the definitions of "prohibited area" and "regulated area", we are of the view that interim order granted earlier in both the applications should continue till disposal of the applications.

We accordingly pass such order. Let affidavit be given within a fortnight from today and rejoinder, if any, within a week thereafter.

Let the matters appear April 5, 2012.
