JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint is lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 114 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act along with Section 3(1)(10) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. This application under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code is not tenable under the provisions of the Atrocities Act. Hence, rejected.
