2. These matters have been listed before this Court time and again. Inspite of issuance of notice and sufficient time granted by this Court for filing reply, no reply has been filed by the respondents till date. The averments made in the petitions have not been rebutted and therefore, the petitioners have made out a case for confirmation of ad-interim relief granted earlier by this court vide order dated 05.07.2012. Accordingly, ad-interim relief granted earlier is confirmed.
