Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the court below to decide the Case No.1186 of 2014(State Vs. Satyawan and others) arising out of N.C. No.52 of 2014 and case crime no.190 of 2014 under Sections 323, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station-Phoolpur, District-Allahabad.
The only prayer sought is to give direction to the concerned Magistrate to decide the case pending since the year 2014 (Case No.1186 of 2014) within six months.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2014, it is expected from the learned trial court to proceed with the case and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
