"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the Restoration Application filed by respondents in Case No. T2016020304318 of 2016 (Harishchandra vs Lalta Prasad and others) within a stipulated period."
The restoration application sought to be expedited appears to be one, filed in a suit for partition.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court concerned may endeavour to decide the restoration application of the respondents as expeditiously as possible.
