Petitioner seeks for variation of the permit issued as per Ext. P1. If the petitioner's application produced herein as per Ext.P3 has been received in original, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by the Regional Transport Authority, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this Judgment. This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
