JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the continuance of provisional settlement of timings granted to the 2nd respondent as per the judgment of this Court in W.P(C) No.21974/2014 dated 03.09.2014. The petitioner only seeks that the settlement may be finalised. It is also brought to the notice of this Court the 2nd respondent is running on a temporary permit. In such circumstance, the 2nd respondent's timings shall be settled within six weeks from today after hearing the petitioner as also the rival operators, if any. Writ petition disposed of.
