No need to issue notice to the respondent no. 6 as the matter is being heard and decided at the admission stage.
Petitioner, before this Court, was appointed as Assistant Teacher in C.T. Grade in Sant Kabir Das Intermediate College, Mohamad Nagar, Basti in the year 1976 and after completing training of L.T. Grade in the year 1981, he was absorbed and appointed as Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade w.e.f. 06.03.1982. Petitioner continued to work in the said institution till 04.08.2008 and, thereafter, transferred and joined in the institution named as Shri Deshraj Narang Dayanand Inter College, Govind Nagar, Walterganj, Basti. It is contended that though he is working in the institution in question since then but he has not been given the benefit of selection grade and promotional grade, which he is entitled for completing service of 10 years and 22 years.
In regard to his grievance a representation has been moved by the petitioner before the respondent no. 4 on 06.11.2019, which is on record as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition.
In view of the above, respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
